Caroline has served on the Rosetta Stone board since December 2014 and the Morningstar board since May 2017. She currently chairs the Business Advisory committee and sits on the Compensation Committee for Rosetta Stone, and is a member of the Audit and Nomination and Governance Committees for Morningstar.

Prior to the telecommunication and semiconductor industry, she spent 15 years in a number of operational positions at McKinsey, Daimler and Munich Reinsurance Company.
